New brass is often damaged or inconsistently sized during bulk shipping; running cases over this mandrel ensures a consistent neck diameter and correct neck tension for more uniform bullet seating and improved accuracy. Sized at .307" diameter for .30 caliber cartridges. Sold as the mandrel only.
