With this system, it is not recommended to use a buffer retention pin. Please note that your 1121XR does not include or have a buffer retention pin installed. Since there is no buffer retention pin, be aware that the JP Silent Captured Spring is loose in the lower receiver. When removing the lower from the box, please make sure the buffer tube stays horizontal or the buffer system can easily slide out, causing damage to the system.
