The Great Lakes Firearms GL15 is a semi-automatic AR-15 chambered in 223 Wylde designed for precision shooting and versatility. Features forged 7075 aluminum upper and lower receivers with Cerakote finish for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The 16-inch heavy barrel profile is constructed from either 416R stainless steel or 4150 chrome moly with nitride coating, featuring 1:8 twist rate and carbine length gas system with M4 feed ramps. Equipped with a 15.25-inch full Picatinny rail handguard machined from 6061 aluminum for maximum accessory mounting options. Includes mil-spec polymer grip and comes with an included muzzle brake with 1/2x28 threads. Features a mil-spec trigger and ships with one 30-round magazine. The 223 Wylde chamber allows safe use of both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition.
